Full Time LPN for Admission Department

We are looking for a Full Time LPN for Admissions Department in the Newburgh office.

Requirements: Current NYS Licensed Practical Nurse with a minimum of  3years hospice/homecare/hospital experience.

Must possess strong clinical, assessment and end-of-life skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Individual must be self motivated, compassionate and able to work well with others, be reliable and possess good time management skills.
Qualifications:
Hospice /Homecare experience a plus.
Must have a valid NY State Practical Nurse license

2 years med/surg experience required. Hospice /Homecare experience a plus.
RN’s must have a valid NY State Registered Nurse license
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
